Recruiter Screen
Have a 30-minute phone screen with one of our Recruiters to discuss your background, the details of the open position, and determine together if it is a good fit.
Client Submittal
We have preferred relationships with our clients working on their Direct Hire Positions in IT, Sales, and Leadership roles. We prepare a candidate submittal presentation to share with our Hiring Managers at our clients and get you prompt feedback.
Interview
We coordinate the interview process with the hiring manager to ensure a timely, efficient interview schedule. We provide our candidates with interview preparation tips as well as interview feedback debriefs. You will feel prepared and knowledgeable for each step of the interview process with frequent communication from our highly trained recruiters
